For the love of education

Avinash Bhramadevara is hoping to set a record for being the youngest individual to complete all three professional courses CA,CS and CWA along with a post graduation

Dipika Pillay

Avinash Brahmadevara from Hyderabad is aiming to be the youngest post graduate triple qualified professional in India,a record that is to be verified by the Limca Book of Records.A small-town lad from Kummarukuntla (Warangal),30-year-old Avinash began his career as a railways ticket collector at the age of 15 and worked his way to the top to become the CFO of a limited company. He completed his Masters in Commerce from Osmania University and has qualified all the three professional courses Chartered Accountancy (CA),Company Secretaries (CS) and Cost & Works Accountancy (CWA) in the first attempt, bagging four all-India ranks, one state rank and two gold medals. All this, before he turned 25! It is a rare attempt.I have applied for the Limca Book of Records and Im waiting for the official announcement with butterflies in my stomach, says Avinash.
Recalling how his quest for education began,Avinash, who has won many academic awards, says,I come from a middle-class family and when I was studying,my family faced severe financial problems. My fathers private job could hardly feed my family of five.He could afford to pay for only my CS course, the rest of my courses were either self-funded or completed through scholarships.

From working as a railway ticket collector to being a tuition teacher,Avinash did all kinds of part-time odd jobs to pay for his education. The experience has made me realise the value of money and has also made me a stronger person.Funding your own education is a very Western concept and should be followed in India too, says Avinash, who has toured various cities and countries as a guest lecturer for commerce and is also known for delivering motivational speeches.
He recently quit his high-paying mundane corporate job to give back to the society.I love teaching. So now,I give tuitions for free to a few students from my neighbourhood. My dream is to run a college which will offer coaching for high-end professional courses like CA,CS and CWA from a very young age, says Avinash.

dear sanjeev

they are not really extra brain

i knew this fellow personally when he was doing CS  .

he was very very casuall and was very sharp in grasping and understanding.

hardworking and willing to put extra .

when we are only thinking to do CS this fellow simultanusly enrolled for CA and CWA.

that too he was staying in single room on sharing baisis.. away from parents.

think all this.Lets get motivated and do some thing better and best than what we are.
cheers
