FORM PAS-3

Dear All,

I am getting the error in form PAS-3 for allotment of securities due to conversion of Debenture into Pref Shares. The class of Equity Share in Capital Structure section is prefilled automatically as 2 classes but the company is having only one class of Equity Share. I am unable to edit the same.

Kindly suggest any solution for this concern. Screenshot of error is attached herewith.

This due to mentioned as class 2 while

1. Incorporating the company or

2. Filing SH-7 for the company.

You can't edit it in PAS-3

Hi Bhavna,

I am facing a similar problem. Our company has 3 share classes, but PAS-3 shows 5. Could you explain how this was resolved?
