Please help its urgent

I got the following resubmission for section 8 incorporation:-

Resubmission/Rejection Comments

1. Provide physical AOA & MOA of the proposed company. 2. Please submit declaration of witness in AOA/MOA in accordance with Rule 13(1) of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 (Please mention date & place in the declaration itself as per the said rule).

There are option of eMOA and eAOA. Then why they are asking for physical MOA and AOA.

Please help
