SRN GENERATED DUE TO SERVER ERROR CAN BE CANCEL NOW ON MCA

Dear Members,

From last few days many error are coming while uploading and filling up of e forms, one of the error is that while uploading, srn gets generated but payment link does not comes, due to which it does not allows to file the same form again shows error that The Form is pending against the SRN for payment. Now MCA has introduced new service in Login - You can cancel that SRN in transaction status showing pending for payment. Message by MCA coming on website:

In case payment of the uploaded eform was unsuccessful for technical reasons and no option is available for making such payment again, then search for the SRN using the Track SRN / Transaction Statusservice and click the Cancel SRN link for cancelling the SRN. Make sure that re-filing is done after cancelling the transaction via normal course of filing the forms.

Dear Sir,

I have uploaded Form MGT-7 and cancelled SRN, then made a new form and tried to upload, at that time I am getting error as "Form already filed", I have raised a ticket for this matter, but no response yet.

Please guide to resolve this, if faced similar issue.

do not raise ticket just go to pay later button and make the payment. I have done in INC 1

Upload the form again even if you come across the error that form already filed, you may upload the form by ignoring the error. Already generated challan through pay later option will get expired for non-payment.

Same happened with me. I canceled srn no but it could not cancel. then I entered srn no in pay later option. payment made successful.
