Hello,

Anyone who can advice on trust registration process

Hi,

First, Trust Deed need to be prepared as per the INcome Tax Laws and Indian Trust Act.

Once the Trust Deed is executed, it need to be registered under the Indian Trust Act.

After that PAN of the Trust need to be applied and opening of Bank A/c following that.
