IEPF-5 Acknowledgement not received

Dear Team,

I have a query regarding the IEPF-5 filed for reclaiming the unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to IEPF. After filing the said Form with MCA V3 portal, no acknowledgment was generated upon submission. While we were able to download the filed form and received an email with the subject “Acknowledgment of submission of application vide IEPF-5-Web-Form,” the email only included the indemnity bond as an attachment. We have not yet received the acknowledgment for the submitted form.

According to IEPF instructions, Form IEPF-5, along with all attachments, including a "Copy of Acknowledgment," must be sent to the company’s Nodal Officer for further processing.

If anyone faced the similar issue or any idea about the issue, please direct me how to proceed further.

Acknowledgement is now only sent by email. Separate Acknowledgement is not generated now.

This mail and its attachments (if any) are confidential information intended for persons to whom the email is planned for delivery by the sender. If you have received this mail in error please notify the sender of the error by forwarding the email and its attachments (if any) and then deleting the mail received in error and the relevant email trail in this connection without making any copies or taking any prints.

I also faced the same issue. I think the acknowledgement is not mandatory now as per new version, but asking for further submission postal acknowledgement.

In the received email, the only attachment is the indemnity bond. Should we consider the email as an acknowledgement?

Kindly refer to instruction at iepf portal that now only email will be sent as acknowledgment. Its self attested copy is required to be sent to Nodal officer of company.
