Dir 12 form

Dear friends

I am trying to file Dir 12 form, all along the problem was with pan verification, but now the problem is with the date field where we enter resolution no. Screenshot of error is enclosed. Any suggestions.

Another issue is second time edit, the pan does not get verified.

In my case also in DIR-12 only error message the DSC is not associated with CP NO.-----

Hello Peers

I think most of us facing so many issues with DIR 12in our case DIN is mandatory field for cessation of Company secretary. Raised tickets but invein.

now even ticket is not getting raised on MCA, showing error on submission.

I need to file MGT-14 but showing INVALID CIN. No solution with MCA customer care.

Need to register director dsc but in business user registration showing existing user but dont know to get this existing details of user. I tried forgot user ID /Forgot password option but futile.

dont know how to deal with this new EASE OF DOING BUSINESS of MCA.

I am also facing this issue due to word limit

I am unable to mention all ancillary objects in 3(b) of MOA. Any solution for this?

Also when we are downloading spice part B, attachments get disappeared.

In my case, the email id getting pre-filled for DIN is different from what his original email is.

This is also happening in one more case where we are creating a business user id of Director but same issue if email id, the pre-filled email id wrong.

What to do in cases, Any clue?
