EPCG License

Dear All,

My company a pvt. ltd. a 100% EOU. It had imported a machinery under
EPCG license in the year 2000. It has complied with all the condition
mention in the EPCG scheme i.e. has fulfilled the Export obligation in
the Yrs 2001 by exporting items, but in the Shipping Bill by mistake
it does not mention the EPCG license No. Now the DGFT has issued a
notice for compling the condition of Export Obligation.

Pls. advise me what will be course of action

Pls its urgent

you can take Affidavit from the Notary and you can submit to the JDGFT. the Affidavit format is attached pls find.

I agree with sathya.

There is one more way. we can submit a simple application, signed by the authorized signatory, to the concerned authority for taking in to account the goods manufactured and exported with the help of machinery being imported under EPCG scheme.
