Disqualification as per Section 164(2)

If A director is disqualified till 31st October, 2022.What will be the status after 31st October, 2022?? Is there any clarification/circular/notification that after the date of disqualification, what will be the status of directors din number?

This disqualification is as per Section 164(2) of the Companies Act 2013.

His disqualification will be removed. You will have to file form DIR-3KYC and then he will be eligible for appointment again.

One more query sir while fiking dir kyc will penalty of Rs. 5000 will come
