In case of conversion of OPC to a private Company, is it necessary to get NOC from creditors and what is the "board resolution" for approving the notice. What is this notice that is being asked for?  Can anyone please help? Have got a resubmission in this case.

Yes, it is necessary to take NOC from creditors.

Kindly attach a copy of Board Minutes/ Board Resolution, for calling of meeting of shareholder, approving the conversion.
