Hi All,
Can any body tell me the steps / procedure for registering the private limited company under msme act ( micro small medium) what are the benefits for registering under the act ?

Dear sunny,
It not such a tough procedure to register MSME. Just visit your company's juriscdiction DIC Office and the people there will help you with everything.
You just have to fill up two three forms, thats it.

Registered office is in Delhi ( for name sake) but compnay is actually
operating in Noida. From where to get registration

Hi,
I have approached the same office in Chennai during my previous stint with a PCS. There I came to know that this registration will be helpful in getting loan from Banks and you have certain waiver in interest % on such loans.
The only condition is that your business would fall in the categories of products come under MSME. This includes something like Consumable items (like Agarbathi, etc....), toiletries items like Phenyl, etc.....
So once registering your company as Private or Public, then show your MOA, AOA and Director profiles at the MSME office, so that you can fill some forms for registration.
Another big advantage is that when you bid for some public projects, this MSME registration will give an added advantage. So registration is always welcome as it will not involve much cost also.
