any one have faced the problem of c" in v3 portal at the time of uploading the form , if yes any solution

Help me solve this query raised while uplaoding forms for section 8 company 
"Provide complete details of subscribers in AOA subscriber sheet (Address, description, Occupation of subscriber).
The issue is since i have files eAOA, there is no way to attach subscriber sheet. 
Need urgent solution.

You have to mention the details in the last page of eAOA.
