Form ADT-1

[Pavani Akilla]

Company incorporated on 6th Feb 26.  First auditor appointed Vide Board meeting dated 05/03/2026. Due date of filing ADT-1 is within 15 days of appointment ie.,  19th March 26. 

When filing form ADT -1, period of accounts taken as  06/02/2026 to 31/03/2027.

But when filing the form, we are getting additional fees.

Can anyone guide me

yes  we need to file within 15  days  of  approval of Board meeting  and  additional fees will come

Same happened in my case so that’s why we decided to file it in amnesty scheme
