DIR WEB KYC-USA directors mobile OTP not generating

We are trying since April 2023 but OTP not received for US directors,

Is anybody facing similar problem? please let us know what can be done

Finally MCA has resolved the OTP issue.

All foreign directors are receiving the mobile OTPs for the KYC

No issue is not resolved Even i m unable to get the OTP from SG Director.

OTP are Coming but after verifying its showing its not valid. please entre correct otp. even after mentioning correct one.

Same problem was faced by me.  But I have raised a ticket at the MCA portal, they sent me a link to join an online meeting of department official.  By following way I got the KYC complete of Foreign Director

Kindly keep the details in below mail 

DIN :-  

Name of Director: -

Mobile No with Country code

 then click on below link and join the meeting and ask the respective director to join the meeting for identification purposes. Official of MCA department will tell you the only mobile no OTP. and complete the process

Below is the LINK as Well as Solution suggested for Mobile No OTP

Summary - "Dear Stakeholder, We have observed from our records that the Mobile OTPs are being delivered to your Mobile service provider and you may retry to file the form. If you still face OTP related issue, we have set up MCA - OTP Helpdesk Support and you may avail the service.
