certificate from statutory auditor

Dear members,

 

U/S 224 of CA, every co needs to take a certificate from the auditor so appointed or re-appointed that the appointment or re-appointment  will be in accordance with the time limits specified u/s 224(1B).

 

 

Cud anybody provide me with that format of this certificate  plz........................................
