Dear Members,

One transfer of year 2005 was not done by us, now we want to revalidate that transfer.Kindly tell me the procedure of the same.

For revalidation of old share transfer deed
1.Ensure that the form is completely filled and share transfer stamps are affixed and cancelled
2.Fill Form 7C
3.Pay fees online
4.Attach the SRN with 7C and give it to the ROC office
5.In a day or two they will affix the revalidated seal

Please check sir ,is this the form(as attached).but its according to companies act 1956 not 2013 ??

yes the form is right....revalidation will be as per CA1956 only since in CA2013 it is SH-4 and there is no validation period in this case

Jayashree sir has told to do physical submission of the application. And the application format nowhere says about online payment of fee.

We want the transfer to get effective from the current date, so do we need to affix stamp on old transfer form.

yes....unless u affix share transfer stamps the deed will not be complete....

Dear Madam,

I doubt if RoC is still revalidating the TD's. Since the circular # 19/2014, had mentioned that any TDs not submitted within the prescribed period as per CA 1956, the concerned company may get itself satisfied suitably with regard to delay in submission.

Hello All,

Today i went to ROC office here in delhi, they told they will not revalidate it.And if you want to do it then go for company to company revalidation.

But i could not understand her point for going in revalidation "company to company".Please guide

ok....i am sorry that i was not updated....company to company means suppose you have 2 companies share transfer forms you will need to approach each company individually....

do you mean i need to make new share transfer deed in sh-4 and get it signed from transferor and transferee and stamped and executed from current date??
