Dear All,
In case of change of status of resident to non-resident whether Passport and utility bill of non-resident need to be only apostilled or notarized in home country or both.

It has to be apostilled in the country he resides. However, for DIR-6 & KYC, apostille is no more required. Only notarisation is sufficient. You can cross verify at the DIN cell as well.
Secondly, since DIR-3 KYC is activated, DIR-6 is not required to be filed. Details will be updated in the KYC form itself as the whole purpose behind filing KYC is to update details.

DIR-3KYC updation procedure
If no change, verify DIN by OTP
If change in mobile number and email id, DIR-3KYC form is required
If change in other details, DIR-6 is first required then DIR-3KYC is required or OTP is required.

There's no need for DIR-6, when the KYC season is on & if the KYC is not filed during that particular season. However, if you have filed KYC & want to update further details, then you have to file DIR-6.

Do I need to do DIR 3 e kyc after filing DIR 3 KYC? There is change in Directors number and email.

Once you have filed DIR-3 KYC, you can't file web KYC again as the system won't allow.

If there is change in mobile number or email ID, DIR3-KYC form is required. But change of that is within the short time after filing DIR-3KYC then form is required to fill. It is to check practical as there is no concept in theoretical.
