QUERY REG CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Hi Friends,

I have a query regarding change of address of Company Secretary.We have filed Form 32 for appointment of Company Secretary.Now we want to change the address of the person in View Signatory details and in MCA Portal.How to change the above said details????????Which form we have to file for change of address???

DIN-4 is for Directors. If the Company Secretary has Din No. only then you can file Din-4.

In case the Company secretary does not have Din No what needs to done?

We have filed Form 32 already for appointment..How its possible to file another form 32 for appointment??No I hope some other procedures to be followed for change of address. Expecting views from learned members
