Bank application format for Banker's Report regarding NBFC Registration

Dear Professionals,

RBI Require Banker's Report by Bankers of  applicant Company, its group/subsidiary/associate/holding company/related parties, directors of the applicant company having substantial interest in other companies for obtaining Certificate of Registration from RBI as NBFC .

1. The Banker’s report should be about the dealings of these entities with these bankers as a depositing entity or a borrowing entity.

2. The details of deposits and loans balances as on the date of application and the conduct of the account should be specified.

Please anyone tell me how to write application to Bank. if anyone have  bank application format then please sent to this gmail address : deshrajg...@gmail.com
