FTE QUERY

Dear All,

 We have filed Form- FTE for closure of company recently and one of its directors is NRI and we have filed form with  his old indian adress. and in the affidavit also old indian adress is gven he is currently in foriegn country. Roc has put to resubmisson the form for giving old adress & for giving affidavit for lesser denomonation of Rs.20. Please assit me can affidvit once filed can be amended. and What is the value of stamp paper bought for Affidavits.as Roc is put form for resubmisson for lesser value of stamp paper.

Aff. needs to be on stamp paper of Rs. 10/- individually for each director.
Yes, aff. can be amended if put to resubmission by ROC.

Hello Ravisha as,

As per Bombay Stamp Act, 1958 Article No. 4 Affidavit (Exemption: for use in the court or tribunal) it must be on Rs.100/- non judicial stamp paper.

So, Kindly do affidavit on 100/-Stamp Paper.

Dear Ravisha AS.

We are not amended that affidavit we just do an affidavit on requisite value of stamp paper so there is not question of amendment. 

So, you are able to execute again one affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper and its also demanded by concern ROC.

Yes... if proper stamp duty as per state stamp act is not paid, you can modify it by paying extra balance duty as required, just affix non judicial court fee stamp of duty amount required.
