MCA Notification w.r.t Annual Filing Extension till 31st Dec 2025

Dear Members,

I’ve received a notification stating that the due date for annual filing has been extended to 31st December 2025. Can anyone confirm whether this is genuine? I checked the MCA website but there’s no official update mentioned there.
