Query relating to transfer of shares of a Private Limited Company

Dear Learned Professionals,

My query is: 

What will be the date of Board Resolution for transfer of shares of a Private Limited Company and what will be the procedure post passing of Board Resolution?

Following are the details of the case:

1) Shares of the Company whose shares are transferred is a Private Limited Company incorporated in India.

2) We have also taken notice on the Transferor Company's letterhead addressed to the Company. The date of notice issued to the Company is  21-May-2014

3) Date of Share Transfer Deed is 10-Mar-2014

3) Board Resolution also has been prepared accordingly.

It's just I am not sure about what date I should put in the Board Resolution.

Please help.

Board Resolution shall be passed on any day after 21st May and yes for recording date of application, it shall be the date of lodgement of share transfer instrument (deed) to your company.

Pls note that validity of share transfer deeds prior to 31.3.2014 for
a private company was 2months only ....hence pls arrange to alter the
date of notice....BM to approve transfers should be within 2 months of
the date of share transfer deed
