Incorporation: Held in Abeyance

Dear All,

I had filed Incorporation documents with ROC. The status of the Form is ' Held in Abeyance". What does this mean? and What action do we need to take to get it approved?

it means there are some queries and you will to resubmit the form 1 after the change the status " Resubmit". They will show reason for that.

Then the status should have been " Required Resubmission" with comments. Here, there are no comments from ROC and the reason y it is held in abeyance is also not mentioned..

just contact concerned ROC and clear the Matter
