Kindly let me know, where can i get the list of wilful defaulters.

 

This is for the purpose of Bank due-diligence

RBI/CIBIL’s list of Defaulter are not available to all. It is available with Banks only.

Thanks for the immediate response.

 

But, while conducting due diligence for bank, we will have to state whether the director/company is listed in wilful defaulters list of RBI. Hence it must be in the public domine.
