Dear Mr.Sumit Sir,

Is it necessary that attachment should be original signed documents. 

or soft copy of Annual Report is sufficient .  If I going to attach scan copy of Annual report  ,the Size of the Form become 11 MB.

Give give me solution  how to attach Annual report, Notice,CSR policy. whether Sd/- requires in soft copy or not.

My Form AOC -4 is still pending  for uploading.

Attachement should be originally signed

use black and white for scan and else u can use aoc 4 addendum for filing

My AOC 4 Form size is 11 MB.Is there any restriction for size of addendum.My further query is as you say that the documents should be original signed what big companies do in such case as the size of their annual report is much big.

Hi  All,

MCA has placed in its portal that it is again going to modify the forms AOC-4 xbrl and AOC-4 non xbrl and MGT-7 from October 29, 2015. Many of my friends are unable to file the forms AOC-4.

Dear Friend,

 

It’s required as per Rule 8 of the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. Please find below extract from the Rule for your ready reference;

 

8. Authentication of documents.-

……………………..

(6) Scanned image of documents shall be of original signed documents relevant to the e-forms or forms and the scanned document image shall not be left blank without bearing the actual signature of authorised

person.

 

(7) It shall be the sole responsibility of the person who is signing the form and professional who is certifying the form to ensure that all the required attachments relevant to the form have been attached

completely and legibly as per provisions of the Act, and rules made thereunder to the forms or application or returns filed.
