XBRL filing

Dear Friends,

We are trying to upload XBRL Form 23AC and 23ACA for a company. However the system throws the following error-

"DIN _________ is not associated with the company at any time during the PeriodCoveredByFinancialStatements i.e. For Period 2012-04-01 to 2013-03-31."

The Balance Sheet has been signed by 2 directors, one of whom was appointed after the financial year 2012-13.

We need to mention atleast 2 directors who have signed the Balance sheet in the XBRL xml or the system doesnt accept the form. 

Please advice whether we can mention the DIN of another director who was holding the office of Director but has not signed the Balance Sheet and give a clarification letter to the ROC stating the above facts and requesting the ROC to take on record the said Forms.

Dear Friend,

Check the Director is Additional or Regular Director. If the director is additional then file form 32 for his regularization. After this untagg the Director details and tagg again. Your problem will resolve.

Dear Sir,

The Director who has signed the Balance Sheet was not associated with the Company during the Financial Year for which the Forms are being filed. He was appointed on 29th July 2013, i.e after the financial year 2012-13. The Company has 3 directors, as one of them was a foreign director he was unable to sign the Balance sheet and therefore it was signed by the other director in India who was appointed at a later date.

Kindly log a ticket & get solution from MCA. there may be a possibility that business rules are framed in such a way that the directors details are taken as on 31st March.
