Format for No objection letter

Dear Sir

 

I  wanted a format of the no objection letter for change of name to be submitted to the ROC.

The company which is proposing to change its name is using a part of the name of another Company.

So, there is a requirement of an NOC from the Company who is giving its name to the other company which will change its name.

A simple letter will do, supported by a Board Resolution to the effect that there is no objection is using .... part of the name of the co , by the applicant in the proposed name of the Co.
