LLP Deed Admission Cum Retirement

Dear Members,

I have a Doubt regarding, creation of LLP Deed Admission cum Retirement - details are :

Two designated partners are doing business and one of the partner willing to retirement and some one like to become a partners on same date for continue in the same firm,

Can we make the LLP deed admission cum retirement on the same date in one deed.

Is this deed valid ?

please explain breiefly.

Yes we did it....but forms for appointment shall be filled first then....resignation.

Agree with Mr. Rakesh. We can frame one deed- by making appointment of incoming partner and resignation of outgoing partner; thereby filing Form 3 and Form 4 (as linked form) accordingly (Appointment of new partner should be prior to resignation of old partner). Also, make sure to prepare and attach Declaration Cum Affidavit i.r.o No Management Disputes and Voluntary Resignation in Form 4.
