XBRL filing

Friends,

During pre-scrutiny the error message is
 "NameOfAuditorSigningReport as entered in the instance document does not match with the one registered against the membership

We have taken the details as per ICAI records given by the auditor

Pls let me know the ways to resolve this issue

Hi

Please enter the name as appearing in his PAN. The name should exactly match the name appearing in his PAN. It got resolved for us.

While upload AOC 4 XBRL, getting prescrutiny error "attach latest instance document". whereas latest XBRL tool.3. 0.5 is downloaded. please suggest.

After filing form AOC-4 XBRL and MGT-7, it came to our notice that paid up capital as per company master data is showing as 0.

This has happened in several companies. Please check .

I hope some technical lapse at MCA.
