Dear members,

We can download all forms uploaded by doing public inspection from the website of www.mca.gov.in. but is there any possibilities of downloading the paid challan of form 32 which has been uploaded in the year 2009.

Kindly note that the Company does not preserve the paid challan or SRN of the same.

Without the SRN, you cannot download the challan. However you can know the SRN from the "view transaction status" if u know the date of filing the form.

It is always safe/better to preserve all the paid challans in physical form for audit/future reference.  Without SRN nos it is difficult to see the status/take follow up action with ROC.  Some companies, do preserve all the forms in physical form also apart from soft copies as a precautionery measure and for the purpose of audit/inspection.

Dear Vinay,

Find out from which id (login id) was used to file the form and enter from - to dates for all the filings done on the date under consideration will be displayed  then you may check by entering each SRN into the 'check payment' option of the MCA. Hope this solves.

With Regards
Harini

Dear Sir,
If the same form you are lloking is filed by your firm, you can track from the login from which the form was filed in Track transaction status, and if the form is not filed by you, then in such case, you have to contact at the ROC office, they can help you in such regard.
