Main object modification of LLP will lead to change in NIC Code/ Change in Business Activities

Dear All,

Will modification in Main objects of the LLP will lead to selection of Change in Business Activities Point No 17 in Form 3? We want same NIC code for the change in objects also as there is just slight modification. As when we select change in Business activities - we are required to put in NIC code in the form.

Also what attachments apart from Supplementary Agreement and Original Agreement are required?
