Dear Hiren ji,

In the format send by you, regarding consent letter, is it necessary to attach ID & Address proof now onwards ? i dint see any such notification in this regard, although we have to provide the details. 

Also, we have to file DIR 2 , as per my understanding, but couln't find its draft format on MCA portal !!

Format which u have sent for resignation letter is similar to Form DIR 11 which is named as Form 11.7 

So should we use Form 11.7 as resignation letter or simple format would suffice?

Section 164 (2) of new companies act
If a 
private ltd company has not filed its financials for more than three years, and the directors of such company are directors in other privateltd. company also. Whether the disqualification of directors attached to non-filing of financials will apply to such other company also? does that mean that the director shall vacate office form all the companies wherein he is a director?-

I went through the contents of Form 11.7 in the file sent by Mr.Hiren. It seems to be similar to the new form DIR-11 and also in Form 11.7 towards the end it says "this e-form........" with the attachment of notice of resignation by director.

 

So as per my knowledge Form 11.7 is not the format of resignation letter to be given by director and I couldnt even locate any such format issued by MCA. I have asked one of my clients to give it in a normal letter format only.

 

Please share your views on the same.

You are right. 11.7 was the format of DIR-11 in the draft rules. It is not the format of resignation letter.
