ADMITION AND RETIREMENT OF PARTNER OF LLP

Dear Friends

I want clarification about that if in any LLP there are 5 partners and they all are retiring and 2 new partners are admitting then can it done on same day ??

Please give prompt answer.

No, first you have to appoint the upcoming partners and sign new LLP AGREEMENT. Then only the existing partners can retire.

So if i do it by supplementary deed than also I should have prepare 2 deeds.

stamp duty should have to pay for every deed ??

Yes, both the times- at the time of appointment/ at the time of removal, seperate deeds has to be prepared. And in both case stamp duty is required to be paid, as per the rate levied for the state.
