Hi Sir i have some queries for the conversion of public company to private company. Can U help.

I have filed Mgt-14 already

now im trying to file Gnl-1 but it shows a fees of 20k for filing it, company has paid up capital of 17 crores. can u please clarify if fees is correct. im stuck here

Could you please guide if filing GNL-1 is compulsory or optional

I plan to file RD-1 INC-27 and INC-28 after this form, is that correct
