Valuation Report - FEMA

Dear Friends,

Pls guide on the validity of Valuation report under FEMA Rules (Transfer from Resident to Non Resident).

Is it 6 Months, if yes, where it has been mentioned in the rules.

The valuation report should not be older than 90 days from the date of allotment. Could not find it in writing but RBI rejected the FCGPR filing due to this.
