ADT 1 delayed

Hi

If we file ADT 1 of last year do fee will come normal + 10% of additional as per cfss ??

Pls clarify.

Yes, it is covered under CCFS subject to other conditions and additional only 10% fees are charged.

Also as maximum additional fee for ADT-1 is 12 times so it' will 10% of that only ??

Hello

Even I came across same like situation, i calculated the fees with the help of enquiry fees in MCA site, there it showed only the normal fees. I am filing form on monday hope i will get only normal fees.

Yes.  I have filed ADT 1 for 2022-23. It levied 10% of the additional feesplus normal fees
