Rent Agreement in Gujarati Language Urgent

We want to change our Regd. Office.

For new Regd. office We have made RENT Agreement, But the same is i gujarati Language.

Hence My Question is whether I have to cinvert it in to English or Gujarati will suffuce?

If Convert, How?

Dear alpesh

see if you are changing registered office within Gujurat,  no need to translate into english. if registered office is in  other than gujurat and rent agrrement is in gujurati coz house owner is a gujurati then you have to translate the agreement into english by a registered translator available in court
