DPT-3 FORM

Hello all

I am trying to file DPT-3 form for exempted deposit, 

the format is creating  little bit confusion as in old version format the details of loan/advance/deposit has not been bifurcated

but in v3 portal there is so much column e.g. opening, closing, Additional loan during the year and so on

i have only amount of loan from director xxxxx but how would i know that this amount is opening or closing or comes from any other category as mentioned in form

PLEASE GUIDE ME FOR THE SAME.

The company is newly incorporated in the month of september 2022 and the loan amount increased in every month

e.g. In sep Rs. 10

      In oct   Rs  20

      In nov  Rs. 30 and so on

Now how to fill the figure?

All figures will fall under the column of during the year i.e. addition.

There will be no opening figure.

For exempt deposits, while filing the form, the auditor details and Board resolution details are disabled. But while downloading the forms, the dsc box is activated. Is this a technical error or we don't need to get it certified by the Statutory Auditor in case of exempt deposits?

the form has been submitted but when i tried to download the same. It is showing an error message that pdf generation is in progress since monday 

When I open the form it comes with a blank form.

how to resolve this?

Can anyone help with the Column of ageing of loans as I am feeding figure in one column and 0 in other 2 columns but still the form is showing error as kindly add valid figure, is anyone facing such issue.

The sum total of all the three columns in ageing portion must be equal to the closing balance figure.

The combined figure of 60 Rs will come under additions during the year. The closing balance would be the same figure. In the aging section, you shall put 60 rupees in the less than 1 year column.

In earlier form old DPT 3 Paid Up capital and Networth was showing but in this V3 unalbe to edit the Number & After downloading the form Certifying Person sign is showing even though its a small company please inform what to do.

1. F.Y. 19-2020 - Rs.77000/-

2. F.Y.20-2021 & 21-2022 - Rs.166000/-
3. F.Y.22-2023 - Rs.116000/-
