Greetings of the day.
This is regarding the issued shares of a company to be converted to different classes, with respective voting rights and privileges of dividend.
1. Ordinary Class A shares, with voting rights 1:10
2. Ordinary Class B Shares, with Voting rights 1:1
3. Ordinary Class C Shares, with voting rights 1:0
4. Preferred Shares, with voting rights 1:0 unless specifically assigned in certain circumstances but not exceeding 1:1.
Preferred shares will also have preference in dividend but at par with ordinary.
Is this possible? If yes, then kindly guide what all documentation required and how much time it will take?
