The company wishes to hire for the position of Company Secretary, based at Corporate Office in BKC.
COMPANY SECRETARY
QUALIFICATIONS:
Company Secretary
EXPERIENCE:
*2 to 6 Years of exposure in the areas of Statutory Compliances, Company Secretarial matters
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Handling Statutory Compliances, Corporate Governance, due diligence matters under the Companies Act.
*Representing in the court of law and coordinating with the management, if so required.
*Handling the Company Secretary matters for the Company.
*Drafting Resolutions, Notices, Minutes for various matters, Board Meetings and General Meetings.
*Drafting of plaints, written statements, issuing and replying statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints etc.
*Maintenance of Statutory Registers.
*Providing professional and strategic advice to the senior management on related matters.
*E Filing of forms, preparation and filing of returns.
KEY SKILLS:
*Excellent command over all aspects of Company Secretary matters..
*Well acquainted with Real Estate Central / State laws and regulations.
*Excellent English and good drafting and negotiation skills.
