Regarding section of issuing share certificate at subscription as per old act

Please let me know the section for issuing share certificates at the time of subscription as per companies act .

how much is the duration of isssuing the share certificates ?

As per my Knowledge it is 2 months in case of Subscribers of MOA in terms of Sec 56(4).

I know as per new act it is same but i want to know about earlier act . i.e. companies act 1956.

Dear Kanika,

Only Sec 113 of old act come to my knowledge.But it is only for allotment not for issuance of shares to subscriber. But usually practice which i did to allot shares to subscriber on very first board meeting of company (old as well as new act) after incorporation because company act prohibit us to issue shares unless authorised by Board Resolution. 

So please also give your valuable thoughts to me what does you interpretate from this.
