Dear All,

In our Private Limited Company we have outstanding loans from directors as on 31/03/2020 but did not file DPT-3 One time return and annual return for the financial year 2019-2020.

Now can I directly file FORM DPT-3 Annual return for the Financial Year  2020-2021 or I need to file ONE TIME RETURN and ANNUAL RETURN both for the Financial Year 2020-2021.

And what will be the consequences if I do not file DPT-3 for FY 2019-20, or shall I file on today's date with late fees.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance

one time return was to be filed for 31.03.2019.

and then dpt 3 for fy ending 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Accordingly you can decide what is best suited for you.

Late fees will be 12 times Normal Fee.  Any year's Form can be filed first.

I'm too facing this problem. I have informed the client to either do the filings of previous years with late fees since there are transactions to be reported therein or don't do the filings at all. Because it won't be proper compliance like doing for 1 year & ignoring the rest just for the sake of avoiding late fees

you should file one time return and then for the year 2019, 2020 with additional fees and for 2021 due date is 31.08.2021.
