Directors login

Am trying to create a login for Director on his DIN before the DSC registration. But i am getting the following error. 

As far as i recall, no user account is existing with the same DIN in the V.3. system. How to check that

You need to call helpdesk and ask them by providing directors details may be PAN No or DOB . I have retrieved like that only.

Hi, 

I have also faced same issue. Did forget password using his registered email id.. It's got resolved.. You ID will be his Email ID registered with DIN.

i got the user id by talking to MCA helpline, password is PAN in caps. But when i enter the profile update, the system is not allowing me to enter the e-mail id of the director or modify his mobile no. . When i try to save, the system is asking me to file DIR-6. So the result is that i am not able to register his DSC on the portal. DIR-6 also requires his DSC, so how am i able to file DIR-6 at all
