Addition of Mr. Vishnu Krishna as the Authorised Signatory and change of registered email id at HDFC Bank, Delhi Branch
The Chairman informed the Board about the addition of Mr. Vishnu Krishna as an Authorised Signatory at HDFC Bank Limited, having its branch at B54A, Greater Kailash- I, New Delhi- 110048. The Chairman also informed the Board about the changing of registered email id of Mr. Vishnu Krishna at HDFC Bank. Accordingly, the Board passed the following resolution unanimously:
“RESOLVED THAT Mr. Vishnu Krishna S/o Shri Hari Krishna R/o P-53, Sector-11, Noida- 201301 is hereby appointed as an authorised signatory in addition to the existing signatories for the company’s current account no. 00922560001508 at HDFC Bank, having its branch at B54A, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi- 110048.”
“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Vishnu Krishna S/o Shri Hari Krishan R/o P-53, Sector-11, Noida- 201301 is also further authorised to sign, execute all deeds, acts and things as may be required in order to operate the above current account of the company.”
“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the above current account would be operated individually or jointly by the following signatories:”
Individually by:
1) Mr._______
or
Jointly by:
1) Mr. _______ and Mr. _____ [AY1]
“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT registered email id of Mr. Vishnu Krishna shall be changed to v.kr...@octagona.com in the records of HDFC Bank.”
“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the said resolution shall continue in force till rescinded by the Board and a certified copy of this said resolution be provided to HDFC Bank under the signature of any one of the Directors.”
