Dear Freinds,

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of appointment letter of BIFR, the office of Special Director (appointed by BIFR) has become vacant.
Now the company want to intimate the same fact to special director and also to BIFR.

So please if you have a format of intimation for this kindly provide me on urgent basis.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

There is no action required from the Company.  It is for BIFR to replace / nominate another person through its letter.

I am unable to understand your problem.  If the Special Director is nominated by BIFR, u r required to file F32 on appointment and withdrawing the nomination u shd file F32.    What exactly is your query?
