Query wrt Dormant Company

 Dear Members,

Do dormant company needs to file Form AOC-4 and MGT-7 or filing of Form MSC-3 would suffice?

Please guide.

You need to file AOC-4 and MGT-7 as well ..apart from MSC-3

But why to file AOC 4 and MGT 7, than what the logic remains to get a status of dormant company.

In my opinion, there is no requirement of filing Form AOC 4 and MGT 7. Though the act is not very clear on this but the format of Form MSC 3 is itself sufficient for completion of compliances with regards to Dormant company.
