Change in registered office from Delhi to gurgaon

Dear Members

If a Company wants to change its registered office from Delhi to Gurgaon(one state to another) i.e. same ROC, so pls suggest what will be procedure??

Dear
This come under the proceadure of shifting of registred office from one state to another for this

U need to publish a news papar add and after that u must take noc from all the creditor of the company after that you need to file form 23 with roc and than file a peition in the prescribe format with concerned RD

And for more information you need to read procedure given  under company act 1956

For this you file the petition of shifting registered office frm one state to another to RD in form 24AAA.
