If any one has the DRAFT MOA of any "Non Banking Financial Company" which is non deposit taking and whose main object clause is "investment and lending company" kindly send the same to me.

can any one provide me a set of application which is filed to RBI for registration as NBFC.

though i have checklist but i need a pre prepared set of the application as i am handling this case first time.
