Hello,

Is anyone else experiencing issues while filing AOC-04 on the MCA portal? We are able to complete the entire form, but the Proceed button is not working, so we are unable to move to the next step. Please let us know if anyone is facing the same issue or has found a solution.

Hi,

This issue is likely due to server overload on the website.

Please try using a different device that is connected to a different network rather than a LAN-connected office system. Additionally, try accessing the portal using Edge or Safari browsers.

Best regards,

The system is not working at all due to the fire accident; it is sometimes working and sometimes not working, and recovery is still pending.

regards

Hi,

We tried a different system, a different network (not the office LAN), and Microsoft Edge, but the portal is still not working particularly in AOC-04.

We also checked with MCA Customer Support, and they confirmed the issue is not related to the recent fire incident.
