Meeting with Lawyers, attending hearings, providing back office support to lawyers. Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and standardization of various agreements. Research on various Civil laws including Arbitration Act, Contract Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, CPC, Companies Act etc. with a view to safeguard organizational interest.
